Description
18-inch gas conveyor pizza oven for commercial pizza lines
This 18 inch gas conveyor pizza oven is built for operators who want continuous baking with gas as the primary energy source and very low electrical demand. The 1375 × 480 mm belt handles full-size pizzas, flatbreads and snacks, while the compact 1580 × 1050 × 450 mm body can sit on a strong stand or counter in busy kitchens, dark kitchens and QSR lines.
Key design advantages
Gas heating with minimal power draw
Most of the energy comes from gas; electricity is only used to run the control panel and ignition. This combination:
Relieves pressure on sites with restricted electrical capacity
Makes more sense in regions where gas tariffs are materially lower than power tariffs
Keeps running even in locations where adding a high-kW electric oven would require major electrical upgrades
18-inch belt and 80 mm product height
The 18 inch (480 mm) belt is wide enough for standard pizzas and heavier toppings, and the chamber allows up to 80 mm product height. This gives you space for:
Full-size pizzas with generous cheese and toppings
Thick or stuffed crust pizzas
Garlic breads, focaccia, flatbreads and similar products
Continuous, repeatable baking
You set temperature and belt speed; every pizza then travels the same distance through the same heat profile. Compared with deck ovens, this:
Reduces dependence on staff judgment for timing
Cuts down on rotation and tray shuffling
Stabilises quality across long rush periods
Compact footprint, industrial build
At 150 kg and only 450 mm high, the oven is compact enough for small to mid-size kitchens, but the stainless structure and weight put it firmly in the industrial category, not a light consumer unit.
Simple, functional layout
The front control panel gives direct access to temperature and belt speed. Operators do not have to manage complex programs; basic training is enough to run the oven.
Easy day-to-day cleaning
Stainless panels and an open conveyor layout make crumb removal and wipe-down at the end of the shift straightforward, which helps keep smoke down and supports hygiene inspections.

Gas conveyor oven (this model)
18-inch gas conveyor, LNG/LPG, 0.1 kW electric load, nominal 40 pizzas/hour
Same belt width and external dimensions as the 18-inch electric version, but fuelled by gas.
Best choice when:
Electrical capacity is limited or expensive
Gas supply is already in place and cheaper to run
You want conveyor performance without a large electric load
Choose 18-inch gas if gas is cheaper or easier to obtain than additional electrical capacity, and you want a stable, continuous pizza line.
Choose 18 inch electric if gas installation is difficult or restricted and your site already has strong power available.
Move down to 15/14/12 inch electric if kitchen space is the tighter constraint and your daily ticket volume is lower.
Recommended applications
Pizzerias and pizza chains
Main oven for shops that have gas on site and want conveyor consistency.
Dedicated line for delivery orders, while deck ovens handle dine-in specials or artisan products.
Ghost kitchens and dark kitchens
Good fit for container kitchens and shared kitchens with restricted electrical supply but existing gas infrastructure.
Stable output and simple controls suit multi-brand ghost kitchens where staff rotate between concepts.
Commercial bakeries and central kitchens
Baking line for flatbreads, focaccia, garlic bread and pizza bases in high-turnover environments. Yuemen Bakery Machine
Works alongside rotary or deck ovens as a dedicated pizza / snack oven.
Quick-service and fast-casual brands
Throughput around 40 pizzas per hour is enough for many QSR units with focused menus. Yuemen Bakery Machine
Gas heating keeps energy cost per pizza competitive when electricity is expensive.
Food trucks and compact sites (subject to local rules)
Low height and gas operation make it usable in some mobile or semi-mobile concepts where power is limited and gas is allowed.
